A: perhaps you delete the outlook inbox in Microsoft outlook. make
such that you have installed microsoft outlook first.

Q: your Outlook Covert tool would really be a winner if it
could convert and save multiple files at one time. That is it would be
great for example if I could select multiple e-mail files in my Outlook
Inbox and have them saved to the format of my choice defaulting to the
subject as the filename and the destination folder of my choice.
A: you can select multiple e-mail using Shift-click or Ctrl-click.
Using mouse-click to select the e-mail.
Q: What is your upgrade policy, do I need to pay money for upgrading
software?
